Our Menofit program is a fitness program specifically designed for menopausal women. Menopause is a natural biological process that occurs in women typically between the ages of 45 and 55,(although sometimes earlier) marking the end of reproductive years. During this phase, hormonal changes can lead to various physical and emotional symptoms, including weight gain, decreased bone density, loss of muscle mass, mood swings, and fatigue, just to mention a few. Menofit aims to address these specific challenges and provide targeted exercise routines, dietary recommendations, and lifestyle strategies to help women maintain optimal health and well-being during and after menopause. Menopause can lead to changes in metabolism and body composition, making it crucial to focus on a well-balanced diet. Our programs offer dietary guidelines to support healthy weight management, maintain bone health, and address specific nutritional needs during menopause. The program will include educational resources and group support sessions to empower women with knowledge about the physiological changes occurring during menopause. This can help them better understand their bodies, manage symptoms effectively, and navigate this life stage with confidence. Menofit will be run by Zara Groves and Tor Harvey who between them have over 45years of experience in the fitness industry. They are both qualified Menofit coaches and Personal trainers who specialise in ladies health, fitness and well being
